APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE
Starting July 24th 2023, we will be implementing a new cancellation and rescheduling policy. This will optimize opportunities for all our guests. Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

A credit card will be required to reserve an appointment.

Any changes to appointments within less than 48 hours will be subject to a 50% charge for scheduled services.

Same-day rescheduling, cancelations, and no-shows will be subject to a 95% charge for scheduled services.

All specialty services such as color corrections, Brazilian Blowouts, and hair installations will require a 50% deposit when reserving your appointment. Any changes to specialty service appointments within less than 72 hours may result in a loss of your deposit.
Our concierge will be updating our systems with your current contact info and credit card details. This will allow us to send out timely emails and text messages and allow you to easily confirm your appointments.
